Hearts of Hope provides area families-in-need with Christmas gifts, food and the activity bags described below. Here's what you can do:
In ocotober
Seats & Feets – Join us in our Seats & Feets campaign to collect new pairs of socks and underwear to gift to our Hearts of Hope families and and local schools. At the moment, we are specifically looking for: Boys underwear - 4t, 5t, 6, 8, 10/12, and men’s size small, medium, large; Girls underwear - 6, 8, 12, 14/16, and all women’s sizes. We will take ALL sizes of boys/mens and girls/womens socks. Click here to learn more.
In november/december
Beginning November 19, adopt a single heart, multiple hearts or a whole family. Purchase the gift detailed on the heart, in-person at the church, or by clicking the “Adopt-A-Heart” button above). Wrap the gift(s) and return to church at anytime during office hours. There will be lables available at the church to fill out the gift information (i.e. Family #1, Boy Age 12 Football), so we can ensure it makes it to the correct family. If you adopted online, click the “Printable Hearts” button above to print and cut out the hearts at home.
Involve your co-workers in this ministry by adopting one of our Hearts of Hope Families and working together to purchase the gifts for the family.
Adopt needed food items for our Hearts of Hope families.
Volunteer during the week before the family pickup to process gifts or food boxes. Contact Sue Thompson.
Make a monetary donation by clicking on the button at the top of this page (Give to Hearts of Hope).
Deadline to have all gifts and donations to the church is December 10.
Families will be picking up their gifts, food and activity bags at the church on December 16th.
