Youth Fellowship

Youth have many opportunities for fun, fellowship, and service at CCPC.  Our activities tend to follow a seasonal pattern.  During fall LIFE nights the AC (After Confirmation) and BC (Before Confirmation) youth ages 6th through 12th grade work together to plan a youth church service for the congregation.

During the winter months the youth have done service projects such as bell-ringing for the Salvation Army, wrapping presents at the mall for Bundles of Joy, and helping out organizing and preparing the hundreds of donations for our CCPC Christmas families.

Fun winter activities include tubing at Sylvan Hill, an overnight laser tagging adventure with Venture Crew 450, and lock-ins.

Annual fundraisers for the youth group include cookie and cinnamon roll sales, a Super Bowl sub sale, a large consignment sale in the spring and selling water and soda during the annual auction.

The youth of our church are actively involved in service to our church in many ways including helping out with children's events like the fall harvest party, breakfast with the Easter bunny, and vacation Bible school; running the projectors during the church service; helping out with Sunday school; providing special music; and doing the children's message.
