CCPC's 23rd Annual Mission Auction and Dinner

All proceeds support the local, national and international ministries of
Covenant Community Presbyterian Church.
 

Our church family is well on its way to another festive and successful auction and dinner with proceeds benefiting all of CCPC’s Mission Ministries, including the food pantry.  We invite your support of the dinner and auction event through your attendance.  The auction is FREE to attend! 

Here are some important details:

Saturday, March 2, 2019   
Silent Auction Starting at 3 p.m.

The silent auction will begin on Saturday when doors open at 3:00 pm.  This will allow more time for everyone to join in the fun and support the auction.                   

Dinner Served from 4:30 - 6 p.m.

Dinner will be served from 4:30-6pm.  Dinner Cost: $12 adults, $6 children (5-12), and under 5 are free. Tickets can be purchased online (see button below), in the Narthex following the church service, at the church office Monday through Friday 9 a.m. – 3 p.m., or at the door. This year’s menu includes a variety of GOURMET pizza pies, followed by dessert pies to satisfy your sweet tooth.

 

Live Auction Starting After Dinner   

This is the main event!  We have some fabulous gifts for Auction this year; don't miss out on the bidding during the live auction portion of our evening.

If you are considering making a donation and you haven’t yet brought the item in to be included in the silent or live auction, please get it to the church no later than Wednesday, February 27.  No item is too small as we may add it to another donation and make a wonderful presentation.  All donations are greatly appreciated and are tax deductible.
