“COME & SEE” PRAYER MINISTRY

purpose:

To deepen connections with our Hearts of Hope families through a ministry prayer and connection. When Jesus started His ministry, His invitation was simple. He invited all to just “Come and See.” Simply put, that is our invitation as well. Come and meet us as family because we already view you as members of our church family.

explanation:

Our Hearts of Hope families will be invited to be a part of our prayer ministry (at their comfort level). We want this to be a support to their family – a bond of love, blessing, and connection through the power of prayer.

Their prayer partner will be in contact with them before Christmas via phone, text, or email. It is up to the family if they desire more calls, texts only, or just prayers. Their prayer partner will provide his/her contact information in case need arises.

We want to welcome these families, the door is open, and they are always welcome here.
